Workshop Terms & FAQS

REGISTRATION

  • Early registration is recommended as classes are filled on a first come, first served basis. 

  • Early Registration – Register at least six months prior to a workshop and receive a 10% discount, registration is accompanied by the payment of the full workshop fee.

  • No discounts are available within six months of a workshop.

  • Register and pay for two classes six months prior to the first workshop date and receive a 25% discount.

 

PAYMENT

Payment in full is anticipated with your Registration.

  • Installment Payment Option – Register and pay the deposit with the remaining class fee being paid by the date specified for a particular workshop..Unless other arrangements have been made, if your final payment is not received by the due date you lose your space in the class.
     

CANCELLATION– We understand there are unexpected or emergency situations that arise but funds have been committed for said workshops, consequently, we are unable to issue a refund except as set forth below --

 

  • Cancellation two+ months prior to a workshop, a 20% cancellation fee applies.

  • Cancel within two months of a workshop, there is no refund for any reason.

  • Cancel and switch to another class two+ months prior to a workshop can be done with any additional fees if there is space available.

  • Cancel and switch to another class within two months of a workshop, a transfer fee may be charged. However, if the requested class is full, you must choose another class.We cannot guarantee that space will be available.

 Travel Insurance is highly recommended for workshops and classes that are held in other locations or if you are traveling to one of our locations from a distance.
